Is there a way to play the games made with the rpg maker with other operating systems than windows or I think linux is also possible but wouldn't it be possible to port the games to other gaming systems like nintendo switch or wii u ?

Wine can be used to run RMXP games on Linux (and presumably MacOS too). If there's a Switch and/or Wii U port of Wine then I'd expect that you could try to use it to run your games.

If you were a mad person you could also consider rigging something up by porting MKXP to your console and using (broken link removed).
