Actually... that'll work out great! You go through the whole game, fighting N, Cheren and Bell... forget about them, get to the Elite 4 only to find out your final battle is... Mystery Trainer X!

They're just like you, except without the N story-arch getting in the way they got to the E4 quicker :P
