    I read somewhere about an Item that can remove levels from your pokemon, Is it true? Or am I remembering wrong?
     
    I wish there was one!!!!!!!!!!
     
    I know for a fact, thats defiantly not true, someone is either trying to pull your tail, but if an item like that were to exist, it would be good for EV training.
     
    o.O That doesn't exist to my knowledge, and such a thing would cause a bit of chaos with stuff like legendaries needing to be a certain level to be legit. I'm thinking you mixed up the EV-reducing berries with something that lowers level instead.
     
    yes i would need something like this, cause i messed up in EV training and its already lv. 100, plus when i use the berries and re-ev train it and put it in the box, it doesnt work
     
    You can lower your pkmn's level, but only with a hacking device.

    then that might be a good item to have, after you beat the game of course, but gamefreak wouldn't want gamers to mess with their pokemon stats.
     
    Yeah, i thought so, I just remember reading that somewhere on gamefaqs or gamewinners
     
    There isn't an item like this. Nintendo would probably never make one, anyways. It would just cause confusion and chaos! (You wouldn't be able to tell if it was legit or not.) I think that the Move Tutor was created to help solve this problem. (Otherwise, you evolve a Grotle into Torterra and, to your dismay, can't teach it Wood Hammer!)
     
    If they did make a level reducing item they would make the pokemon DE-EVOLVE when it went below the level it would need to evolve so there wouldnt be any lv1 Dragonite's and about ledgendaries, why would someone make a lv1 Palkia so someone would be silly enough to trade for it if they couldjust HACK every pokemon

    Well you got a point on the palkia, but if pokemon where to de-level, i dont think it means they would de-evolve, since they're permanently staying that way. And you know what a lv1 Tyranitar is possible but only by cheating anyway.
