Option Menu Problem

Hello, there. I'm dealing with my menu screen and i realized my options menu goes weird after I change something it goes black for no reason, but it becomes white if i close the game now I need to make it white again, how do I do it?

whatever window skin you're using might have transparency , which is why it's shows the continue screen

ok but for whatever reason, when I recreate the menu with my backup copy of essentials it's white again
