I'm not 100% sure about which Pokemon to put so I have some options, I want you to tell me which 3 are best together:

    Salamence (Adamant +ATK -SP.ATK)
    -Dragon Claw
    -Crunch
-Aerial Ace or other flying attack
    -???

I've got a Bagon who's in progress of EV training.

    Flygon (Which nature is best?)
    -Dragon Claw
    -Flamethrower
    -Crunch
    -Earthquake

    Alakazam ( Modest +SP.ATK -ATK)
    -Psychic
    -Thunder Punch
    -Fire Punch
    -Ice Punch

I've got an Abra in EV training.

    Metagross (Which nature is best?)
    -Meteor Mash
    -Earthquake
    -???
    -???

    Milotic (Which nature is best?)
    -Recover/Rest (If it can)
    -Toxic
    -???
    -???

    Slaking (Adamant +ATK -SP.ATK)
    -Rest
    -Snore
    -???
    -???

Can you fill in the ??? blanks, maybe suggest other attacks for some pokemon here and give me the nature blanks and the best team I can make out of this?

    Forgot the EVs :P
    Here they are:

    Salamence
    252 ATK 252 SPD 6 HP

    Alakazam
    252 SP.ATK 252 SPD 6 HP

    Flygon
252 ATK 252 SPD 6 ATK (Not sure, should he be Physical or Special?)

    Milotic
    252 HP, 252 SPD (OR DEF, OR SP.DEF), 6 SP.DEF

    Metagross
252 ATK 252 SP.ATK 6 HP (I personally think this is lame, got a suggestion?)

Can you fill in which nature each one should have?
Oh, and my friend played a bit for me and he sold my Macho Brace.. Where can I find another one? EV training can be tiring.

For EV training i'd suggest buying the Power items with Battle Points.

I never really got what the power items do. Do they add 4 EP each fight, meaning I'll get 5 SPEED EV's from a Zubat with Speed Power item, or does it add 4 to the EV, meaning that at level 100 I'll have another of that stat?

EDIT: Thanks, I got what it does, but I still need a winning team for battle tower. Seeing I hardly have any progress on the game, the only 100s I got are Blaziken, Rayquaza and Rayquaza isn't allowed. Entering a level 42 Latios would have no meaning, 52 Metagross would have no importance. If I train my non-EV Salamence to 70, would I be able to beat enough sessions for Speed Power Item?

EDIT 2: I am playing pokemon ruby, am I able to get the power items?

EDIT 3: I realise I am f***ed. No Macho Brace for me.

You can't get the power items in RSE, but you can get the Macho Brace once you defeat the Winstrate family in the house north of Mauville.

The Power Items each have a different effect depending on which one you use. The Power Lens, for example, will give you +4 Special Attack EVs no matter what Pokémon you fight. So, if you kill a Roselia, that's 2 EVs (from the Pokémon) + 4 EVs from the item. If you kill a Golbat while holding the Lens, you get 2 Speed EVs + 4 Special Attack EVs.

Yeah... As I said, my friend sold the Macho Brace gotten from the Winstrate Family. I really don't want to EV train 5 pokemon, it would take hours after hours after hours...

I know for one that I like my Flygon with a Jolly Nature with 31 speed IV's atleast. I would Uturn on him too. You can put on a few other movesets for him, but Uturn is a good way to hit and get out. I also noticed no lead. No stealth rocks? :(

Okami Chi, he mentioned that he's playing Ruby, so no U-Turn and no Stealth Rock.
