I don't know why you would want a 6IV pokemon with a modest ability, as it's attack is going to suffer. But I can try I guess :)

I requested 6 ivs because this particular hydregion ia going to know U-turn. But if you don't mind me asking for you input, do you think the atk iv matters since it isn't going to do a lot of damage anyway with that attack.
