[GEN VI] OR/AS Trade evolve clamperl

Hello, on the off chance someone else is currently playing Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire, I need some help evolving my clamperls (and possibly a seadra).
I got 2 clamperl's holding Deep Sea Scale and 2 clamperl's holding Deep Sea Tooth standing ready (I want one of each for my regional dex and one of each to send off to home for my home dex). Also got a Seadra holding a Dragon Scale standing ready, would like to trade evolve that too if possible.
I just need someone to bounce these back to me.
