The one thing that irks me about this team is Blissey. It's outclassed by Chansey because Chansey is bulkier when Eviolite is taken into account. Blissey is also rather weak offensively, meaning it can't use its good movepool well. While Serperior suffers from the same problem, it can attack and boost its Special Attack at the same time with Contrary Leaf Storm. You also lack a Stealth Rock setter on the team. For this reason, I'd replace Blissey with Clefable as a bulky special attacker and give Terrakion Stealth Rock (as its dual STABs are literally all it needs to crush the opposition):

Clefable:
-Moonblast
-Fire Blast
-Focus Blast/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
-Soft-Boiled
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard

Terrakion:
-Stealth Rock
-Stone Edge
-Close Combat
-Swords Dance/Taunt
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

I'll try this out. Jirachi covers Clefable's Poison and Steel weakness after all.
