Hey guys. So i'm fairly new to the whole competitive side of pokemon, and I finally decided to make my own team. After looking around quite a lot, this is the team I decided to make.

    Notes:
    -All pokemon are perfect 6iv's
-Conkeldurr is somewhat a filler, as I didn't know what to use as my 6th. Any suggestions for filling that spot would be appreciated.

    Current Team:

    Tyranitar (F) @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Unnerve
    EV's: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SpD
    Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
    -Crunch
    -Stone Edge
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake

    Blastoise (M) @ Splash Plate
    Trait: Torrent
    EV's: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpA
    Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
    -Rapid Spin
    -Ice Beam
    -Scald
    -Roar

    Ferrothorn (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Iron Barbs
    EV's: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
    Nature: Relaxed (+Def, -Spd)
    -Gyro Ball
    -Protect
    -Spikes
    -Leech Seed

    Talonflame (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Flame Body (Still working on getting a gale wings one)
    EV's: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SpA)
    -Brave Bird
    -Flare Blitz
    -U-turn
    -Acrobatics

    Alakazam-Mega (M) @ Alakazite
    Trait: Trace
    EV's: 252 SpA/4 SpD/252 Spd
    Nature: Timid (+Spd, -Atk)
    -Dazzling Gleam
    -Focus Blast
    -Psychic
    -Shadow Ball

    Conkeldurr (M) @ Assault Vest
    Trait: Guts
    EV's: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SpD
    Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
    -Bulk Up
    -Ice Punch
    -Earthquake
    -Brick Break

(Looking for a Conkeldurr with Ice/Mach/Drain Punch and Knock Off)

Any suggestions on ways to improve this team would be great!

Tyranitar is way too bulky for Focus Sash. It should use a bulkier spread:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Crunch/Pursuit
    -Fire Blast
    -Rock Slide/Ice Beam/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/124 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Smooth Rock
    Ability: Sand Stream

Blastoise is only good in its Mega-Evolved form, so I'd rule that out. Better bulky Water Pokemon to turn to for Rapid Spinning duties are Starmie and Tentacruel; the former has access to Recover, as well as Reflect Type to help beat its counters and the latter has Acid Spray to counter Calm Mind boosters:

    Starmie:
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Reflect Type
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/16 SDef/244 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Tentacruel:
    -Scald
    -Acid Spray
    -Sludge Bomb/Knock Off
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 224 HP/252 Def/32 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Liquid Ooze

Talonflame shouldn't use Acrobatics, as it will have its item most of the time. Brave Bird is still a more consistent option, even if it means having 2 recoil-inducing STABs:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Tailwind/Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Brave Bird
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Natural Gift
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 120 HP/252 Atk/136 Spe
    Item: Liechi Berry/Salac Berry
    Ability: Gale Wings

Remember that Magic Guard should be Alakazam's pre-Mega ability. It can even get away with Modest, as a neutral Speed Mega Alakazam still outspeeds base 130s.

Sand Rush Excadrill can be used in the sixth slot as backup Rapid Spin support, as it can benefit from Tyranitar's sandstorm:
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon
    Ability: Sand Rush

Keep in mind you can't use bulk up on a Pokémon holding the assault vest, like you listed on Conk.
I've been getting a lot of value out of will-o-whips on my choice band talonflame. I know it seems a bit strange to run a status move on a choice poke, but the last slot on that set really is filler about 90% of the time. And that 10% of the time when you do get to slap a burn onto a switched in counter like a Gliscor it is so satisfying.
Make sure you get sand stream on the Tyranitar: If you aren't aware, rock Pokémon get a 1.5x boost to special defense in sand storms, and that reason alone is worth running it over unnerve.
Platinumdude's Tentacruel recommendation actually pairs really well with your ferrothorn to make a nice defensive core as they resist a lot of eachother's weaknesses.
