    "No"

The burns get killed in light speed. The delayed-advantage gaining monsters will be crushed most of the time. Because almost all the monsters cannot hold on their own unless you get one of the rather limiting amount of stall cards available, Horus will have a hard time before it can come out. Some of the direct damage cards are just there just because for the heck of it or something? For example, secret barrel and just desert works a lot better if it's in the same place with ojama trio, yet ojama trio is missing so those other two trap cards are a lot weaker.

Except for the Horus family, this looks awfully close to burn decks that like to utilize Desert Sunlight as their main defensive weapon... yet without the desert sunlight to flip those bugs faceup to stop the enemy from advancing.

Horus teched in a burn deck...interesting......

I agree with Frostweaver that Secret Barrel & Just Desserts won't work in here, but for the reason that most of your opponent's monsters will be getting killed by the Swarms before these traps go off (unless you get a lucky early draw, and even then there aren't enough cards out to make it worthwhile)...SB might be worth siding, though.

IMO, most burn decks get a lot of use from a Lava Golem or two...
