Orpheus' Trade Zone

I can trade Pokemon from the Route 8 and before for a Dratini.

And can the Dratini be around in the Lv. 35 area please? I need him so I can try to beat Drayden, making it a total of three candidates.

I'm on UTC-8, so I'll be available from (the following is UTC) 4:30 AM-5:30 AM on weekdays, anytime on Saturday unless otherwise noted, and anytime on Sunday except for 6:30-8:30 PM.
