    Metagross @Occa Berry
    Nature:
    Adamant
    Ability: Clear Body
    EV: 252 HP / 236 Attack / 12 Defense / 8 Speed
    Moves:
    -Explosion
    -Stealth Rock
    -Bullet Punch
    -Earthquake / Meteor Mash

One of the more reliable leads for me - Almost always gets a Stealth Rock or use Earthquake / Bullet Punch if predicting a Taunt, then explode for the next one in. Also Occa Berry since 90% of the time, Metagross often survives at least one incoming earthquake. If you think there's a better lead, plase suggest me one. I'll most likely leave the first three attacks, which leaves either Earthquake or Meteor Mash. Currently leaning on Earthquake because Heatrans are a pain ~.~

Latias @ Leftovers / Life Orb
    Nature: Timid / Modest
    Ability:
    Levitate
    EV: 4 Def / 252 Sp.Attack / 252 Speed
    Moves:
    -Wish
    -Draco Meteor
    -Surf
    -Thunderbolt

Basically: Draco Meteors first turn, then pass wishes for injured members or Salamence when Stealth Rock damage and Life Orb's recoil gets stacked up. I like the idea of it, but really not too sure about it altogether. I'll change Wish to Calm Mind / Recover etc if there's a really good reason for it.

    Salamence @Life Orb
    Nature: Naughty / Naive
    Ability: Intimidate
    EV: 232 Attack / 24 Sp.Attack / 252 Speed
    Moves:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Fire Blast / Stone Edge
    -Earthquake

The main sweeper, by getting rid of as many counters as possible, Dragon Dance then start Outrage-steamrolling through the opponents. Ititally have Fire Blast for Skarmory and Bronzong, but high chance of opting Stone Edge since Heatran or Latias would take care of it rather easily anyways.

    Heatran @Choice Scarf
    Nature: Naive
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EV: 4 HP / 252 Sp.Attack / 252 Speed
    Moves:
    -
    Explosion
    -Earth Power
    -Fire Blast
-Hidden Power Ice or Grass / Dragon Pulse
My favourite Revenge Killer. Looks cool and does its job well. I'm in the dillema in choosing between Ice (killing dragons & Gliscor), Grass (Swampert) or Dragon Pulse (Kingdra). I chose naive in case there are faster Heatrans.

    Scizor @Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Technician
    EV: 248 HP / 252 Attack / 8 Speed
    Moves:
    -Bullet Punch
    -U-Turn
    -Superpower
    -Pursuit

The epitome of Hit-and-Run. Dents the hell out of Tyranitar, Weavile, Psychics then running back to safety. Its x4 Fire weakness Achilles' Heel is covered by Heatran, who uses it to an advantage by getting a Flash Fire boost.

    Porygon2 @Leftovers
    Nature: Bold
    Ability: Trace
    EV: 252 HP / 216 Defense / 40 Sp.Attack
    Moves:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Recover
    -Thunder Wave

I'm REALLY not sure about Porygon2 being in this team, but since it's like a Counter, Crippler, Staller, Revenge Killer all-in-1, seems good to me. Since it survives most of Gyarados and Salamence's Outrage at least once, it might be a good idea since I'm lacking in getting rid of DD Gyara ):

The seemingly problem for this team is that it can't take a Status Problem, such as Paralysis, Burn and Sleep, which is the sole reason why absolutely have to try outspeed and OHKO any problems that comes into the way, before they get a chance to induce any status.

Things that I'm thinking that will need some alteration of some sort
    .Wish in Latias' moveset
    .Porygon2 itself
    .Metagross Lead (?)

    Pokemons I have in mind:
    .Gengar
    .Tyranitar?
    .Gyarados
    .Zapdos
    .Lucario

Well, there you have it - feel free to suggest me anything else that I would have problems with, etc.

Metagross works fine as a lead. Only thing that I can suggest with it to is consider Meteor Mash over Explosion so that you can beat Azlef leads.

Defintely go with Fire Bast on Salamence, sure Heatran can cover Bronzong and Skarmory, but it's best not to have a sweep interupted in the middle of it.

    HP Ice on heatran.

Other than these, looks like a nice team that covers the threats!

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll go with the Fire Blast on Salamence / HP Ice on Heatran for now, but I'll have to keep explosion since Metagross doesn't really have much else to offer for me after Setting up the Stealth Rocks and/or sometimes killing the opposing lead.
