I just finished my rain dance team, and had pretty good success.
My question is: Does my team have a major weakness that I don't see?

    Lead: Jirachi @ damp rock
    Thunder
    Water Pulse
    Rain Dance
    U-turn

    Bold Nature
    EVs
252 in speed and special attack

Simple strategy: Rain dance on someone who won't use taunt, then U-turn OR gor for Parafusion hax.

    Jolteon@Damp Rock
    Thunder
    Shadow Ball
    Substitute
    Rain Dance

    Modest Nature
EVs 252 in both speed and special attack.

Support and replinish. Thunder + sub in rain=good.

    Special Sweeper
    Kingdra@white herb
    Dragon Pulse
    Draco Meteor
    Hydro Pump
    Signal beam.

    Modest Nature
EVs 252 in special attack and HP

Swift Swim user. Draco Meteor to take down bulky Dragonite

    Physical sweeper
    Kabutops@Life Orb

    Waterfall
    X-Scizzor
    Swords Dance
    Stone Edge.

    Adamant Nature
EVs 252 in attack and Speed

The ev in speed allows me to outspeed other base 80s without rain.

    Registeel@leftovers
    Iron Head
    T Wave
    Stealth Rock
    Seismic Toss

    Careful Nature
EVs in Special Defense and Defense

T wave for taking other kingdra and other sweepers.

    Milotic@Sitrus Berry
    HP Electric(BP 70)
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Toxic

    Bold Nature
    Not tooo sure on milotic...

    Advice? Changes?

I have a few comments. The first is that Jolteon is pretty frail, and therefore isn't the best Pokemon to give Rain Dance and a Damp Rock to. Registeel, who's already on the team, makes a better candidate to set up rain, as it can just explode the next turn after.

You've set the team up nicely in that there aren't many similar weaknesses; however, I'm confused as to Milotic's presence on the team. Rain Dance teams are very offensively orientated, so I think Milotic should be replaced with a non-swift swim sweeper to take out some of the team's counters; grass types, for example, pose a threat to this team should rain not be up and/or Kingdra and Kabutops are no longer around, and therefore can't use their bug type moves.

Sceptile in particular can out speed the whole team once rain has run out, and get a super effective hit on every Pokemon on the team if it's a mixed variety that has both Dragon Breath and Earthquake.

Just food for thought though. It's a pretty decent team as is.

I'm thinking about changing milotic to a maybe a rain dance scizor or a revenge killer? idk Plus, jolteon is needed as another thunder abuser, not always do I try dancing. And my Registeel doesn't have explosion because he is a fat wall for when rain runs out.

Yes, Scizor can function as a good revenge killer.

Now that you mention using Registeel when the rain runs out, I have another critique: this team doesn't have enough rain dance users. This just from my personal experience, but I've used a team with the Kingdra + Kabutops combo, and usually by the time Kingdra is done reaping havoc, the rain has almost run dry.

I used a frail Persian, so perhaps the bulkier Jirachi can come back in a set the rain up again; but if it can't, Kabutops might be a sitting duck if rain isn't up and the opponent has sweepers faster than it remaining on their team.

Again, just observations. Not saying anything necessarily has to be changed, as every person's play style differs greatly.

I think Kingdra needs 2 Water STABs rather than 2 Dragon STABS. Use Waterfall over Dragon Pulse for a mixed rain attacker:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Waterfall
    -Rain Dance
    Nature: Rash/Mild
    EVs: 208 Atk/136 SAtk/164 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Swift Swim

I don't like the mixed set, mainly cuz I lose some power or spec def.
You could use a back-up physical sweeper in case Kabutops or Scizor goes down:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Substitute
    -Waterfall
    -Outrage
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Swift Swim

Timid would be better for outspeeding other Swift Swimmers, and with specs you will be hitting hard already.
