Well, this is one of the best teams I've seen here;)
Here are some things I would change:
    -Rhyperior: EV spreading.
-Ninjask: Focus Sash instead of Focus band, since it is (almost)always killed with the first hit.
    -Marowak: everything's fine with me.
    -Garchomp: same as Blissey.
-Alakazam: I would go with guard Swap instead of Trick since I like Tanks.
-Blissey: You would like to add Ice Beam for Gengar, you (almost)always find one when battling.

    I give a 9/10 to your Team.

    It's not wrong really

    Agreed

    -Marowak: everything's fine with me.

-Garchomp: I would go with Ice fang instead of Fire, butthat is just me.
He can't learn it and fire fang is for bronzong and skarm

-Alakazam: I would go with guard Swap instead of Trick since I like Tanks.
    Lol

-Blissey: You would like to add Ice Beam for Gengar, you (almost)always find one when battling.
And you need it for Garchomp

    I gove a 9/10 to your Team.

Well, then that just sums it up

Marowak was OU in previous generations but generally has shown little sign of fourth gen activity.

For ninjask, i put a sash on him

blissey, i dont know what to take off for ice beam

    and whats with alakazam??

Ice Punch from Metagross is a big enemy to your team xD

but was Marowak really OU in the previous?

Well, then that just sums it up

Oh, sorry about Garchomp, I was looking at my Luxray's profile when I was posting, XD.

Wait! I just remembered, that team can be KO by an Ice punching Weavile!

Nice observation. I was waiting for someone to say that. Choice banding weavile will own this team with Ice Punch, not to mention outspeeding everything except Ninjask.

For reference, here is weavile's analysis:

    https://m2a.wikispaces.com/weavile

    Here is the actually set:

    Revenge Killer
Item: Choice Band / Life Orb
    Preferred Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Pressure
    EV Spread: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    - Ice Punch
    - Pursuit
    - Brick Break / Night Slash
    - Aerial Ace

Ice Punch for STAB. Out speeds any dragon not using Choice Scarf and faints it. Bring it in against a psychic type using a psychic moves and then use Pursuit to hit it and most likely faint it on the switch. Brick Break to hit Tyrantitar, Night Slash if you want a dark attack other than Pursuit. Aerial Ace for Heracross. While Choice Band is recommended here, Life Orb is also an option if you don't like being locked into one move.

    Garchomp@Focus Sash/Lum Berry
    Trait:Sand Veil
    252 Speed, 252 Attack, 4 HP
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Claw
    -Swords Dance
    -Fire Fang

Wait, can't I just put a Weavile on the team? Brick Break to take care of an opposing Weavile. I could take off Marowak for it.

Re Marowak, and this might be a stupid question, but is EQ better than Bonemarang here?

Total power is the same (2 hits at 50 each on Bonemarang), you're sacrificing 100% accuracy (down to 90%) for the ability to hit through Substitutes.

Substitutes are very common, especially on Electric types.

Exactly my point - he has Earthquake and I'm saying Bonemarang would give extra versatility for a really relatively minor tradeoff.

I guess, and marowak isn't really the best pokemon anymore. It used to be bp'd swords dances and speed, but now it's not as much of a threat as weavile.

So many Weavile comments...okay, I'll but a Weavile on my team in place of Marowak... now I have to EV train and breed a Weavile...oh well! Its worth it.

Maybe I should take out BPing all together. I really don't know
