What attacks can be used out of battle and what are their effects in FR/LG? I am trying to write a running list as it'd be quite useful for the project I'm working on ^_^;; (This means out of all attacks, rather than just the RBY ones)

OMG! How is your game coming?!?!!?

none of u make sense sorry cant help :P

    Cut
    Fly
    Surf
    Strengh
    Flash
    Rock Smash
    Waterfall
    Dig
    Teleport

I think that is all of them.
    I might miss some.

Well, not all of them are HMs. There are things like Dig and Teleport as well. Lemme write up what they do...

Cut - Cuts down special trees that block your path.
Fly - Can transport you immediately to any town that you've been before.
Surf - Allows you to travel over water.
Strengh - Allows you to move special boulders in order to clear your path.
Flash - Lights up the way in pitch black caves.
Rock Smash - Destroys certain rocks in order to clear your path.
Waterfall - Allows you to travel up waterfalls (must use while Surfing).
Dig - Transports you to the last Pokemon Center that you used.
    Teleport - Same as Dig.
Sweet Scent - While in an area where Pokemon can be found, it immediately starts a Pokemon battle.

    *nods* Softboiled should be in these games now, too...if it does the same thing it did in RBY, then it gives some HP from the pokemon that knows it to one of your other pokemon. Teleport and Dig are a bit odd...Teleport works in most places, but not in caves or buildings, and Dig works everywhere Teleport doesn't. They're the inverse of each other...or something. LOL. I could be wrong, though. ^^;
