Overusing a pokegame

So I have over 700 hrs on my Black 2 game. I am finding that it doesnt work as well as it use to. Doesnt help the fact that I broke the casing for the game but have you used the current games to the point where you worry its going to fail. I am thinking mine is going to soon. So I havent played on it. Plus I needed a break from the game.

Wow that is a lot of hours and has never happened to me. o__o
I didn't know you could over play a game, it is sad though. I know the older gameboy ones would get bad batteries and not be able to save but I thought the DS games were safe from over-play.
