So my Overworld Manager looks like this

Mine did that too. I'm not sure what caused it and it disappeared as mysteriously as it appeared.

Maybe try redownloading it

Try opening the ROM by clicking Open and analyze, I am not sure but this is how I open FireRed, Hope I helped🙂
