Overworld sprite

So uhhh i started to make maps with RMXP
and my tileset is somehow big,..and when i
insert the overworld sprite then the trainer
is little like a tiny dot even the flower is bigger
so could anyone post a link to a big overworld
pokemon sprites ? :) PLEASE :)
