Okay, this RP is a cooperative project brought to you by Bijou, Shiney, and of course, Origin. We've decided to take elements from various different versions of Powerpuff media, which I will list before continuing with the plot. A lot of work went into thinking this up, but we didn't plan it for a whole slew of members, since we don't really expect that many people to be interested in the PPG. So we have only so many open member slots, sorry. ^^; We also want to actually finish this RP, so please don't join if you aren't serious about participating all the way through.

    Plot

Tokyo, the bustling, majorl city that houses some of the greatest minds in all of the world. One can not deny the merits of those who bring honor to this city. Merits by those such as the great Scientists, Atrashi Damane, or those by Professor Utonium or Professor Brisbane. Accomplishments that have helped bring the common man into the future. However, peace does not always last forever. This is one of many of the stories of this city, and it's valiant defenders, as the city falls into the grip of fear once again.

Many people who the uneducated, or the unthinking call villains have shown themselves, seeking chaos, discord, or merely revenge. But with the aid of the Powerpuffs, these threats have all been stifled, or at least kept from causing too much damage. Recently though, more people seem to be showing amazing talents. The Chakichaki Musume, the original trio of justice unknowingly seeded their powers through bloodlines. The gift is rare, but even today, there are many people spread in the world who under duress, have displayed powers very similar to the originals, and the new defenders, the Powerpuff Z. Most of these chose to go alone, but are more or less working towards the greater good of people.

However, recently there seems to be a new force within Tokyo, neutralizing several villains, and somewhat minor heroes alike. It uses a near surgical precision is it's orchestrations to neutralize the people it sees as threats, and as time sped, the murders, injuries, and abductions sped up with little to no respite. And suddenly, they've all stopped. Six months without a single act by this mysterious force against the many 'talented' people of this city. Many feel that this is simply the calm before the calamity. And it is such that we, as villains, or defenders of justice, or just people looking to do their part must continue with what 'normal' life is to them, while seeking out the source of this new foe to all sides.

    Notes:

1: Barring exceptional circumstances, playing an original character is a no-no. With the possible exception of myself, bijou, and origin, I intend to see no OC's out of control.
    2. As stated in the opening note, this is intended to be a small, and focused RP. Please don't join without intent to help us finish it. ^_^
    3. I'm lazy, and I forget what I put here, so I'll add this later. Nothing to see here, move along.

This is a SUPER old sign-up, so do tell me if I messed up somewhere.

    Name: Koso (KOU-sou) Ayano
    Age: 13
    Gender: Male

Appearance:Kousuke has a tall and lanky figure, slighty on the unhealthily thin side, and very much on the pallid side. But his pallidness doesn't seem to originate from illness or anything similar, it simply seems to be from lack of being in the open sun. As a normal teenager, he usually wears a yellow sleeveless, zippered, summer vest, with an orange hood. Underneath is usually a black T-shirt, lined with white on the edges, (i.e. the collar, sleeves, and lower rim.) His messy brown hair usually drapes over one of his bright highlighter yellow eyes. These yellow iris' eccentrate his pupils the to extent of making them seem cat-like when he widen's them be it in surprise or shock, but unless he does widen them, which is rare, they simply stand out, pupils otherwise normal. On one pale skinny arm, Koso wears a plain black sweatband, and on the other, he wears a silver bracelet with the word 'Sniper' engraved on the inside. His baggy black cargo jeans have multiple pockets, which make it impossible for Koso to find anything he leaves in them. Black skater shoes that seem to blend with his dragging pants have bright yellow shoelaces poking out from underneath the rim of his pants, signaling their prescence.

Powers/abilities/special: Sniper can use any of the arsen in his leather pouch, and shoot them at his opponents like bullets from a gun. They don't pierce skin, as he hasn't mastered the pressure and speed quite yet, as he simply uses his eyes, flattened palm, and fingers to shoot his opponent. He can run almost as fast as his bullets, but his arsenal only heavily bruises his opponents.

Villian Appearance: His chocolate brown hair that is usually damp and wilted spikes up, though one portion remains as it is to cover his eye. His pupils grow cat-like, without him having to widen his eyes, and his usual vest and sleeveless top is replaced with a plain yellow T-shirt, while his black cargo pants are replaced with black cargo shorts. His skater shoes remain, as does the bracelet and sweatband. He will usually wear a yellow belt around his waist, attatched to it is a leather pouch that holds an assortment of things- bullets, dice, tacks, needles, marbles, and small things like that.

Personality: As a regular boy, he's very laid-back, quiet, and dull. He'd rather spend his entire day in the library, reading about anything, as long as he doesn't have to go out and play basketball with the rest of the boys his age. He's a quiet and studious person, and rarely speaks out of turn. He goes to the trouble to make sure people don't bug him, but doesn't bother with his appearance to change that prospect. He has very strong opinions on life, whether they're rational, immature, or logical, he has an assortment of opinions, and none of them ever seem to budge or change. He is otherwise quite agreeable, and a kind, caring person who seems like the perfect gentleman. And ask anyone, he is. There is one aspect about him that may seem a bit off: His belief on human nature is that everyone is out for their own interest, and everything is only fake so that goals and desire's can be fulfilled. Thus, he believes nothing of things such as promises or whatever other junk that is only verbal.

But as a villian, he is fast, and speedy as a bullet, talking quickly and impatient. Though he can work himself into a berserked frenzy, he will usually enter the fight calm and collected, though, it is much easier to make him snap and throw a temper tantrum. Mostly, as Sniper, he tries to do everything as fast as he can, including, defeat the enemy, or outrun the enemy. He usually likes to toy with his opponents for weeks, giving them just enough time to start understanding his movements, then changing them entirely, or simply deciding the battle is boring, and leaving entirely. His personality, whilst in Sniper persona, depends on whether he is interested in whatever is going on, or not. Which makes him a poor ally in all aspects, including the fact that he hates being ordered around.

History: At a young age, Koso's family shot up in financial ranks, becoming a very wealthy family, very quickly. His father however, refused to let his family spend the money all at once. Instead, Koso grew up in a relatively normal family setting, with busier parents then average. Whenever they hosted anything, it would always be at their summer house, which was much nicer then the home they really lived in. But due to his parent's constant business, they ended up neglecting him slightly, oftentimes forgetting all about picking him up after school and leaving him to walk home himself. This was the seed that made him resent the human nature of fulfilling only personal interests, and his hatred for promises as well. After he was 6, he'd read mostly every book of interest to him in the library, or, at least, every book he was able to read, having gotten bored with sports at the age of 4. He already disliked his parents very much, and moved permanently into the summer house, away from anyone but the servants that kept the house in tip-top conditions.

The library in the home was extensive, and with the help of a private tutor, Kousuke began to read every, single, one. This routine continued until he was 9, which was when he became bored with the books in the library, and started searching for something else of interest. Chemicals and their reactions to each other caught his interest. Target practice with guns and arrows he'd read about in books intrigued him as well, and he learned to do both, expending the last few years of his new education-free life before he returned to private tutelage. On the last day of advanced bullet practice, Kousuke was figuring out what would happen if he dropped a bullet into some funny looking liquid, but before he could drop the liquid, a black light appeared and hit smack dab on the hand holding the bullet.

It seemed as if nothing happened, and Koso continued to live his life, though after another three years in the summer house, his parents insisted he move back to Megaville with them, and go to a public school. Faced without a choice, Koso hesitatantly agreed.

Other: Koso doesn't believe in superpowers, and he doesn't believe that he's a supervillian. He is unaware when he transforms (Think Sedusa.)

RP Sample: (Those who are exempt from this know who they are.)

    Name: Robin Price

    Age: 15

    Gender: Male

Appearance: Robin's face is a soft, feminine shape, matching his light skin and deep hazel eyes, standing at a height of 5'2''. He has dark brown hair, which is almost, but noticeably not black, falling in a long, loose style to his slim shoulders. Because the bloodline was so faint in him, his 'powers' don't specially change his looks, but he is still very stylish, going with many and varying outfits to fit the occasion. On the whole, unless he wants to make a statement of some kind, you could mistake Robin for any other girl out there.

Powers/abilities/special: Having a somewhat weak amount of raw power in comparison to the others, he can barely fly at a decent speed, but has hardly any other special attributes. Where he really shines, is in mixing his few powers with his skills. He's extremely good at disguising himself and others, literally into all manner of things, or other people. In addition to that, he's also skilled at working on creating special tricks (usually with some help from Ken) that can even a battle very well.

Personality: Robin, despite prejudice, hatred, and discrimination against him, is always the happy, cheerful, and amazingly kind type. However, despite the fact that he acts quite innocent, as with all men and women, he does have a small seed of perversion. He keeps this tightly under control most of the time, appearing like any sweet, good natured girl.

History: Born to a mildly wealthy family, Robin had a mostly normal childhood, but thanks to an inconvenient car crash, he was orphaned at a young age. Thanks to the police bureaucracy, he was left alone rather than in an orphanage. He spent his life taking minor amounts form his family's savings, buying food, clothes, and what probably gave him his strange traits, great deals of anime. His minor amount of power, however, was found thanks to the professor inventing a new scanning device, which lead the Powerpuff Z right to him, among others,

Other: Robin, the King of Traps. o.o

    Name: Daisuke "David" Kyohaku
    Age: 15
    Gender: Male

Appearance: Although David is japanese-born, he has lived in America for the past six years, and was thus influenced by a mix of Japanese and American culture. He is commonly seen dressed in a pair of navy blue jeans accompanied by a grey "hoody" sweatshirt which he tries to hide his height of 5'9" with. Enscribed on the back of the sweatshirt in black zigzagged font are the words "Wild Star". Underneath the sweatshirt he wears just a regular white tee shirt. His shoulder length dark red hair, big blue eyes, and soft, almost feminine face along with his unisex clothing often get him mistaken for as a girl. This often gets him teased by many, including his friends and family, as they always jokingly say he could almost be one. Last, but not least, he wears a pair of black skater shoes. When David activates his powers, his legs, torso and arms are enveloped by a strange black material that almost seems like rubber to the touch, with dark red stripes running up both arms. There is a black cape over his back with a dark red underside, and he has a pair of dark red, fingerless gloves over his hands. Around his waist is a white belt of some sort, with a large black D enscribed in the circular buckle in the center. His hair is held back in a ponytail by a black hairtie made of the same substance as his costume, and he has slick black sunglasses.

Powers/Abilities/Special: Although premature, the abilities David recieved from his ancestors are far from common. When activitated, his powers allow him to manipulate the form of his right arm so that it can transform into a weapon such as a sword. To eleborate, he can basically spawn an inatimate object as long as it is stuck to his body. The second condition is that he must have made physical contact with that item once before, and absorbed its 'energy signature', although the real name for what exactly he absorbs is unknown. His current arsenal consists of a black sword and a weak, black, prototype energy cannon. Depending on what he has attached to his arm, his speed and flying abilities are manipulated due to the sheer weight of the objects. Generally, David is very quick.

Personality: Since he grew up to an extremely wealthy lifestyle, David acts somewhat spoiled in nature. He feels that because he's rich, he is invincible socially and doesn't feel the need to address those who aren't worthy. Of course, he is only like this with people he doesn't know. When he warms up to people, he seems as normal as every other teen around. Despite the stereotype that all rich people are selfish, David always seems to use his powers to benefit others, not cause them misery. He is bitter towards anyone who makes any form of reference to him being female, and he has a soft spot for kids younger than him, since he lost his sister a few years back. Of course, these two qualities disrupt each other when its someone younger than him calling him a girl!

History: For the majority of his life, David has raised himself, despite both of his parents being alive. His father was a well known scientist, and his mother runs a terribly popular computer company known as Kyohaku Inc., as creative as it is. Thus, he grew up essentially alone, aside from his little sister. Unfortunately, she passed away when he was 10. She had come down with an incurable disease, and his parents had done close to nothing to save her, despite their wealth. It was then that he realized his parents never had any intention of caring for him or his sister, and that was confirmed a year later. His dad knowingly used him in one of his experiments, placing him in a coma for two months. This incident also unknowingly manipulated the power recieved in his DNA from Chakichaki Musume, which led to him recieving the powers he did six months ago. His mom decided to expand her territory into her husbands homeland, Japan. Thus, David moved into a new mansion with his mother in Tokyo City.

I yawned luxuriously as I sat up in my bed, smiling. I was surrounded by posters, wrappers, dolls, stacks upon stacks of manga, VHS tapes, and DVD's. My room looked like a fangirls dream. Except I seemed to have a bit of everything. I slowly rolled out of bed, whistling cheerfully as I began to begin my usual morning routine, dressing up for schol, including the belt. Despite my calm outer shell, I had a feeling that I might need it today...

I read the newspaper calmly, even though my twelve year old son had the pedal to the metal. We were breaking Ninety as we crossed the bridge. I considered the fact really should getm him an H-2, but there would be time for that later. "I think we've neutralized all the people who can be a threat to the plans." Blackjack said to his Son, James black. Apparently oblivious to his vibrant pink hair, in spikes nearing a half foot long. He himself wore no glasses, revealing dark brown eyes, and light brown hair just barely visible under his western, flatbrim hat. Jet black, just as his long leather overcoat was, and his jeans, and metal ribbed shoes. "Lets go see if Mister Damane has finished with the bedrooms yet." I said, looking over towards the city hall. "I think for the first one, I'll go alone for an evaluation..."

Once again ignoring the school policy, I zoomed up towards the building ona skateboard, my arms casually resting behind my head. I wove around the pedestrians very easily, looking towards the quickly approaching school. But a flicker of motion caught my attention as I came to the entrance. I looked accross the street, and there it was again! The mailbox MOVED two feet to the right! I began to angle my board towards it, but the mailbox that seemed to develop wanderlust had distracted me, as I slammed face first into the wall. At least I was wearing a helmet... "Owwwww...." I said, falling backwards, a brick print clearly visible on my face.

OOC: I really want watermelon juice now...

"Thank you." I said listlessly, taking my watermelon juice from the vendor. It was a delicacy only found in the juice bar's in Asia, and it was a juice I absolutely adored. I sipped it silently as I slowly headed for the library. There was nothing to do here in Megaville. Sure the library was huge, but it was loud. Not loud as in unbearably loud, but there wasn't dead silence, as I preferred when I read. And to add to my dislike of this city, the streets seemed to be jammed packed at all times, people this way and that, all making that unscrupulous noise. I looked up to see the library- filled with people. I terribly disliked people after coming to Megaville. It made little room for the space-taking archery ranges, it made little room for a peaceful reading session, and even the schools! They seemed to never be silent!!

I crushed the now empty plastic dixie cup in my hand and tossed it in the trash, swiftly entering the library and picking out a book on chemistry. I retreated into the most deserted corner of the building and sat down, trying to drown out the clacking keyboard of the annoying receptionist who needed to know the limit on color's in your outfit.

I pulled out a piece of paper and proceeded to make my 3 paragraph report on the chemical reaction between sulfur and copper when heated, making sure that my cursive was neat and evenly spaced, while never straying off anything but the topic itself. I loved the fact that I was top of my class, and never turned in anything late. It was what I prided myself on- and I never got bullied into doing other people's homework because I was too creepy and scary a guy. Sure the last part wasn't exactly something that would make anyone else jump for joy, but it meant that people left me alone; which was the main goal, if you didn't already realize.

"Hey! Kid, where are you taking me!?" A confused David called up to the girl running in front of him, who was sadly dragging him behind her, despite her size.

This strange, orange haired girl had suddenly come up to him while he was enjoying his ice cream, and requested he come with her. He hadn't started any school yet, since he had just moved back to Tokyo, so he agreed out of pure boredom. Although, at this point in time he was questioning whether or not it had been a good idea, since he hadn't realized that she had pointed some sort of tracking device at him before he agreed to go with her. She was dressed in a jean skirt, and had on a shirt with sleeves colored in defferent sections of red, with an orange heart in the upper center of the white shirt base. To top off her strange appearance, she wore an abnormally large red ribbon in her hair that held it in a manor that seemed like a fanned out pigtail. He couldn't help but wonder how she got it to stay that way.

The response he was then given was muffled and barely audiable, so he requested she say it again. She turned her head back to look at him as they ran past a bank, to reveal a chocolate bar crammed in her mouth. David let out a heavy sigh as they turned a corner, and the chocolate bar flew past him. "Oh, my chocolate!" The girl exclaimed sadly; the first words she had said in a while. Her attention was suddenly drawn to the sight in front of us. A girl dressed in green shorts and a ball cap, with a skateboard was lying on the ground, apparently having crashed into the wall. This girl obviously knew her, becaise as the ran by she blurted out "KaorugettothelabIfoundsomeonewithpowersthatmighthelp!"

"Wait. You know about my powers?" David called up to the girl once more, hoping for a response this time.

"Ah... Yeah. But the Professor will explain everything once we get to his lab! Just hold on until then! By the way, my name is Momoko Akatsutsumi!" The girl shouted back. David sweatdropped at the lack of information he was recieving, and the upbeat and energetic attitude this girl was displaying. At least I got a name... He thought.

OOC: Apologies for the abysmal post, I'm getting sicker. x.x

I sighed, slowly sitting up as I saw Momoko. "Erm..." I said, and got to my feet, only to notice the mailbox running after her. "Ohh..." She said, before getting onto her skateboard again, and wheeling off after them. A new kid with powers? Hopefully it would be better than the freak. I made sure to keep my eyes on where I was going this time, even though I was trying to get a good look at this kid to see what he was like. And sure enough, after a few moments, Robin popped out of the mailbox, chasing after them. "Someday, I'm going to ask how Robin does that."

I grinned as I hopped after Momoko. "Hey there. New recruit? I asked her cheerflly in a soft, high voice as I popped out of the mailbox disguise, keeping up with her with my long stride. I was wearing a simple school uniform, complete with the fuku, bandanna and skirt. "Welcome to the gang!" I said to the boy, grinning innocently. Not bad looking. "Knowing momoko, she's probably on a sugar high, and didn't want to explain anything to you, right?" I added, I had plenty of energy to talk, since despite momoko's hyperactivity, I was a fair runner.

"Gang? What gang?" David replied, still obviously very confused as they headed up a long path to a strange white building with a strange white van sitting in an open garage nearby. What a weird group of girls... He sighed mentally as they flew through the front door, ending at a couch in what appeared to be the living room of the main building. His focus was abruptly ended as he found himself thrown onto the white couch, Momoko jumping on next to him and beginning to kick her legs up and down. Yup... sugar high. It appeared Momoko was waiting for some people, as she randomly began humming the tune of a popular superhero cartoon. Not seeing any reason to wait any longer, he decided to speak up. "So... why am I here again?"

"Well, you see..." Momoko started as she glanced over at David, and began staring at his face.

    "What? What's with that look?"

"You kind of look like a girl!" She basically sang, the nerve in David's forehead essentially popping up. His eye twitched slightly, remembering she was just a younger girl. Momoko quickly caught on, and sweatdropped, before continuing her statement. "Well, it's probably better if we wait for the Professor and the others before we start! Yay! Enough time for a chocolate bar!" She shouted happily as she picked a bar out of the pocket in her skirt, and held it into the air. Seeing an opportunity, David snatched it out of her grasp. "Hey! That's my last one!" She cried as she climbed him in an attempt to reach the chocolatey delight.

"Too slow. Besides, you owe me for dragging me all the way here." He replied tauntingly as he opened the wrapped and stuck the contents in his mouth. Momoko let out a loud sigh as she sank back into her seat.

Are LSU's still accepted? and will this feature other characters from cartoon network like PPGD dose? I might sign up if I figure a little more out...

OOC: Unfortunately, I'm afraid that LSU's are not accepted. My apologies.

IC: "You're not much of a gentleman, are you?" I said in an innocent tone to the kid, sitting down on the couch in the last vacant spot. "I'd say I'm more of a gentleman than you, and that's saying a lot, since I wear women's clothes." I said in my usual tone, as though this was the most normal thing to say in the world. I was about to add more, but I was cut off by Kaoru.

"Shut it Robin, you don't want to scare the guy away before the professor can tell him just why he's here." Kaoru said in an exasperated tone, taking off her helmet and lightly leaning on her skateboard with one idle arm. "I'm Kaoru, by the way." She said, nodding at the newcomer. "You?"

I lowered the collapsible lens, tucking it into my long leather coat. What kind of a millionaire let their child go to a public school, even with bodyguards? I sprung the small rapelling cord into the roof, the hook sinking deep into the pourous concrete, and whistled a soft tune to myself as I made my way down from the school's roof. When I was down, I pocketted the firing mechanism, and made my way calmly towards the target. The two Nannies wouldn't stand a chance against me, and a police class stun-gun would make sure that the brat didn't use her powers...

It was then that a dark haired man with friendly, open eyes walked in, in his never-changing garb. Apparently even smarter than he looked, he gazed over the girls, and boys who were present, noting that Miyako was the only one absent. "I guess your scanning went well?" He asked, turning to blossom. Apparently, he WAS more cunning than he appeared. Which was saying a respectable ammount.

Ugh, a crossdresser. Was the only thought David gathered from Robins sudden intervention. "I'm a billionaire, I don't see the need to be compared to the likes of you." He replied smugly as he crossed his arms, discreetly sneaking the remains of Momoko's chocolate bar into her nearby pocket. He had never had the intention of eating it all. After recieving an introduction from the others, he saw it fit only to give his own name. "My name is Daisuke Kyohaku, heir to Kyohaku Inc. Although you can just call me David, I've lived in America so long that my birth name sounds awkward to me."

"Oooh, so you're rich huh?" Momoko replied suddenly. "Then you can buy me another chocolate bar to replace the one you took! Maybe some ice cream too! And some cake! Do you know Himeko? She's rich too!" David felt his rationale begin to slowly slip away as Momoko brought up more and more questions. Thankfully, her interrogation came to a halt when a man dressed like a scientist walked in, and asked Momoko something. "Yup, this is Daisu- I mean, David! He's loaded~"

"So, what is it that you want with me exactly?" David asked the man after slowly inching away from Momoko.

I saw the disdain flicker across his mind. I had been putting up with it most of my life, so it didn't bother me that much. I relaxed, knowing he'd either accept it or he wouldn't.

The professor straightened his coat for a moment, clearing his throat, thinking about how to phrase this. He was a researcher, not an orator. "I presume Momoko's already confused you, so I'll be blunt. Momoko, And this here, Kaoru, are the Powerpuff Girls Z. Miss Miyako, bubbles, is not with us right now. I suspect she actually got to school on time. The professor said, looking sernly at Kaoru and Robin, who seemed to ignore the look as if this was a regular occurance. He turned his attention back to David, and seemed to regain some composure. "Whether you're aware of this or not, you do have some powers beyond that which normal people posess, and we would like to request your help, that you work with us in keeping Tokyo safe."

"Eh? So this brats have powers too huh?" David replied, as he glanced over the group, but Momoko in particular. She gave him a menacing glare in return, but said nothing... yet. He finally stopped tapping his right knee with his index finger as he stood up and stretched. "What I'd like to know, however, is how you knew I had powers." He would have waited for a response, had an abrupt beeping not sounded from his pocket, drawing his attention. He flipped the black phone open after removing it from his pocket. Shortly after looking at the screen he shut it closed.

"Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to do a favour for one of my my mother's business partners. Apparently his daughter was just kidnapped, so I'd best go ahead and get her back. On the bright side, you get to see these powers you predicted I had." He explained as he pulled up his left sleeve, a black watch materializing around his wrist. He then lifted his right hand into the air, and slammed it down onto the watch. Almost instantly, a black substance began coating his body. Sunglasses formed on his face, and gloves on his hands. Just as it seemed like the transformation had completed, his right arm began to blue, and reshaped itself into that of a black sword, which he pressed up again the window and drew a large circle in the glass.

"For the record. I don't work with anyone who hasn't proven themselves worthy to me." Were the last words he spoke before kicking the glass circle out of the window, and jumping through and flying off towards the school area.

"Well, he's rude. He could only have meant Himeko by that, couldn't he? Considering he's rich and all..." Momoko sighed as she glanced down at her belt. "Might as well then. Hyper Blossom!" She shouted as she underwent her transformation sequence, changing into Blossom. "Come on, lets go!"

I shrugged slightly, pointing at the TV. "That does rather look like her, doesn't it?" I asked, pointing to the zoom footage taken from a police helicopter, seeing her with some sort of machine around her neck, and a large, dark man holding a gun close to her. "Do we HAVE to save her?" Kaoru asked, and I sighed, getting up. "It's what we're supposed to do as Super Heroines, isn't it?"

I sighed as I checked my watch, and the slowly awakening brat. She blinked, and then felt gingerly at her neck, at the massive steel band, with a large box in front of her neck. "Good morning. You're wearing a bomb that can detect any special energy, any extraordinary movement, or even any strong change in your emotions, and the physical signs that would cause. Fear is okay, but not much else. Stay calm, and stay still, or it will explode." I explained. She went pale, and immidiately drew her hands back. I casually, leaned on a small walking stick made of graphite, my hand aiming a revolver with a strange, rotary hammer at her. But not at her head. Fear was vital in keeping her under control. "Okay, ladies and gentlemen." I said to the various law enforcement officers surrounding me. "As you can see, I'm wearing a hostage. If my heart stops, the bomb will explode. If I see any sort of aggressive movement, I'll shoot out the kid's knees. Then I'll blind her. So just sit tight." I said, looking at a watch casually. They certainly seemed to be taking their sweet time...

"We're willing to listen to your demands." One of them called out, apparently a Seargent. "What are they?" I sighed, and clicked the hammer into place. Just in case... "I'm not here to make any demands. Now just sit tight, and don't distract me. I'm waiting to meet some friends." I said, turning my attention back to the watch. Surely some of them had seen the news by now, hadn't they? That's why I had taken such a high profile target...

"Target located. Estimated distance: 15km... 14km... 13km..." David's glasses relayed to him. One cool feature to his glasses were that they relayed to him the location of any target, and even located it with a red circle on the lenses. Because of his powers, the tiny computer inside of the glasses was linked directly to his brain, so it could relay messages and strategies directly to him, without giving them away to the enemy. "10km... 9km..." After recieving an update as to the captors requirements, David was forced to think about what he was after. It seemed like the villain was trying to draw someone, or something out of hiding.

He took extra care to land on the roof of a building that gave him a clear shot of his opponent, and the his sword arm began glowing blue and transformed into a small, black, cylinder shaped energy cannon. His glasses suddenly zoomed in on the target, as he held his energy cannon arm steady with his left hand. red energy began to gather inside the cylinder as he took careful aim, but just as he was about to fire, a blow to the back of the head sent his shot just to the right of the target. As if that wasn't enough, the cannon began making a loud humming noise before it began to spark, causing him to switch back to his read arm.

"And THAT was for stealing my chocolate bar and then running away!" Momoko shouted from behind him tauntingly, which in turn forced him to turn around, completely calm. He was used to dealing with younger girls, and this was one of those times where getting angry wouldn't help the situation.

"Why did you- Wait, you're Blossom?" He said after getting a look at her new outfit. "Well... how did I not figure that out?"

    Name: Maxi Zaestos
    Age: 14
    Gender: Female
Appearance: Maxi usually wears a pair of loose, cream colored beach capri's, blue slip-on's, and a blue T-shirt with a white stripe down the middle. Her short chocolate brown hair is almost never unaccompanied by a pair of headphones, And she wears a tassle belt around her waist which holds an assortment of colorful floppy disks. She also carries around a flat purse which hold's her laptop.

Powers/abilities/special: Maxi is an expert at hacking undetected, and so she can often find dirt about anyone she wants in the city- You just name it! She has an odd ability to control things such as radio waves, or microwave's and redirect them. Therefore, her power is mainly for stopping an opponent in their tracks, as her signature move includes turning all of the microwave's in the vicinity onto her opponent, therefore, telephone calls, cell phones, TV, they all bombard the foe. This creates a sort of plethora of noise that only the opponent can hear, and often, the noise is great enough that the foe cannot move.

Personality: Maxi is a very agreeable girl, often tomboyish and excessive in her reaction's. She doesn't particularly mind any insults directed towards her, simply taking it in stride. She's a rather nosy person, but you wouldn't ever realize this because she's only nosy when she's hacking the city database (Which takes a long time, even for someone like Maxi!) She doesn't really mind her power's, and doesn't really care where they come from, since she only uses them to jump her hacking over firewalls, and to block out virus' from her beloved laptop. She get's the top grades in her class, and she's not afraid to flaunt the fact, meaning, she's rather boastful, but only when she finds it will turn the tables in her favor.

History: Maxi has always lived in a normal, hard-working family. She get's along very well with her older brother who studies computer technology in college, and even better with her father who works at a computer manufacturing business. Her family basically run's on computer's, be it the income or how they pass the time, all save for her mother, who is a slightly fatigued woman with only enough energy to do household chores and cook before she is resigned to her bed again. But her and Maxi's relentless cheer keep the house in good spirit's. Perhaps the only downfall of Maxi's life was that she grew up without friends, as anyone that got next to her seemed to hear weird voices. (Or, if you knew about Maxi, other people talking on the phone.) Therefore, she was labelled as "Weird" in her school. She didn't particularly mind, however, and she spent most of her time close-to-home.

    ---------------------

Swinging my legs, I examined the scene below me. As per daily, I decided that I got bored of sitting dormant in Koso, and came out looking for some entertainment. I was nice enough to let the little nerdy boy stay concious during school hour's, and at least until he finished his homework, because the more under-radar he was, the more under-radar I was. I swung down from my perch on the roof into the empty parking garage, hiding behind the wall and holding a bullet flat on my palm, aiming for the cafe across the street, with a grin on my face.

"Back in town- Some kind of awesomeness is roaming the streets!" I muttered for myself, "Sniper is here!" I released the bullet and it crashed through the window of the cafe, causing complete paranoia as I shot another two bullet's at the windows in the shops next door. all three bullet's flew back to me, essentially unharmed, leaving no evidence of my presence. Save some marks from my sneaker's over here in the garage, but wasn't it great how much smarter I'd gotten thanks to being stuck in this nerd-of-nature? I had rounded the bullets to shoot from the building next to where I stood, and with a snicker, I disappeared from my spot in a flash, running as fast as I could for another place to rise chaos. It was so much fun to watch people freaking out over such little things. And it was even more entertaining to watch policemen try to figure out who did it in the first place!

I stopped short. Looking around I grinned, finding this the perfect place to raise some panic. A mall. I laughed to myself, sitting on the roof of the building, "Where to begin, where to begin??" I stretched out, and decided that the fancy sun-roof over there would be a good finishing touch. First, to cut a little hold in the glass where I could shoot from. Pulling out a handful of ammunition, be it dice or bullets or tacks, I first shot one at that ugly frilly dress store, freeing the world from disgusting dresses. Then at the food court, where two dice conviently brought me a box of french fries. Muching on the food while I shot at the stores was a delight amongst delights, although ice cream might've been a better idea, because soon enough, I had to get a pair of tacks to stick themselves into the cap of a water bottle and bring it up to me. But trust me, I'm not so much of a dork that I'd be sending french fries and waterbottles flying up in the middle of nowhere. Naturally they came up through the hole I'd blasted in the ceiling, directly above the kitchen of the franchise I was stealing from.

"Finishing move!" I muttered to myself, smashing a dice through the glass of the sun-roof, jumping back onto the next building to eat. I watched the panic from there, finding this much more entertaining then any kind of movie.

"I don't know, some amazing powers of perception that are beyond those of your average rock?" I suggested, hovering out to look over the edge of the roof. I blinked, looking at the distance, and then I ducked down under the roof, guessing what was about to happen.

I smiled, looking up, not bothered by the sun thanks to my hat's brim. "Well, finally." I said, and tensed as the energy blast hit the ground only a few feet away fom me, sending a ripple through the concrete, not to mention the force of the wind nearly knocking me over. I slowly tucked the revolver away, and drew my staff up into a firm grip, and waited, gazing above. I saw the flicker of green above as someone leapt bodily over the roof, and began to gague her descent. It was a steady rate of accelleration, so she was just letting gravity do the work. Predictable. I waited until literally the last moment, before taking a spinning step to the side, leaving Buttercup's massive hammer slamming into the pavement, sending several large cracks through the stone where I had been standing. I reached into my coat, and pressed a small button, and the bomb around the girl's neck began a grating, harsh beeping noise. "Well, it looks like we're on a timed schedule now." I said to the girl in green, drawing my staff out from under my arm, as though it would do any good against her massive strength. She just growled, and raised her hammer again. Apparently, she would just try to neutralize me first, then deal with the bomb.

I began floating down calmly, sighing. "Well, we may as well get this over with." I said over to the others. I couldn't fly very fast, it was more of a hover really, but I did the best that I could. I raised a communicator, and quickly got through to Ken and the Professor. "Know anyhting about Defusing bombs?" I asked, but blinked at the sudden response. "Maybe, but you've got some more pressing problems!" Ken said, and he switched the feed to shots of some kid tearing up a mall. Literally! I looked over to the others, starting to get flustered. "What do we do? who goes for the bomb, who goes for the mall?!"
