Hey! Hows it hangin? Anyway, just so you all know, I've dabbled in XSE and AM a few months ago and took a break, but now I'm back and dedicated. I need to freshen up on my XSE skills though and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. Also I'm ready and dedicated to get the ball rolling on creating a new mod from scratch! I'm talking the real deal here, bada bing bada boom big. I know this seems like a lot for just myself (and it is), but I'm going to try and I am in no way objecting from picking up creation partners along the way in this creation process, I want that! Also I would love if some skilled modders would let me know that they have my back in case I run into any bumps along the way, but for the most part I like to figure it out myself and fix bugs on my own, it's better that way but you never know. Thanks for hearing me out PC. Peace

Wow! Thank you so much. I was wanted to use rpg maker sole because I could start fresh, but with this download I can is a maps. Thank you so much!!!

You can't use any version of RPG Maker to edit a GBA rom, is not compatible. Use A Map 1.92, because the version 1.92 hasn't bugs.

You can download a rombase free of maps/events here: https://www.pokemonhackersonline.co...O-Elite-FireRed-ROM-Base-A-base-for-champions

Actually, I would be more inclined to recommend JPAN's Fire Red Hacked Version found here. It's not that PHO is bad, just that Fire Red Hacked, clears all events and scripts except warps. It keeps the maps. But it has a hack applier which inserts a whole buttload of useful ASM, for people like me, who doesn't understand ASM Programming Languages. I'd use that.

What is PHO and can you explain ASM. I know how to XSE fairly well. Is that ASM? Thanks guys this is helping a lot.

PHO is just a forum name. Pokemon Hackers Online. ASM is Assmebly language. A programming language. ASM is pretty much the blood and soul of all gameboy advance games in general. It's the language that makes actual games. Thus it's hard to learn. XSE doesn't have anything to do with it. XSE is just a program that helps you script.

great, thanks you so much. I downloaded JPAN's files, how do I apply them to a Fire red ROM?
