4th Gen pachirusu a good pokemon?

yeah i agree, my lv 100 electivire has

ice punch
fire punch
thunder punch
karate chop

it is a very good electric type besides the oobers.
 
did anyone take a look at Pachirisu's stats? I think Pachirisu might have an evolution later...
