Just thought I'd mention, editing GIFs inPhotoshop is not difficult. Just select all, copy, open a new document, then paste. Simple.
If you don't use Photoshop however... well, I can't help. :sleeping:

I don't need banners and such, I make my own :bandit:
 
Sorry for the wait guys, I don't have my comp for the time being, but I should get it tomorrow, then I'll get started on your request right away.

Dark Quill- I use Paint Shop Pro, first of all. Then about GIFs the ones people normaly want me to use are crappy quality and to me they're just a pain to work with. And as you your banners... yeah, you should totally be proud of them... *cough*
