These are it's ivs. I don't know its exact values, since it is in lv 53.
Its moves are hydro pump, aqua jet, stealth rock, and grass knot. It also holds a focus sash. I bred it myself so I know it isn't hacked. Hopefully that is enough information.
 
hmm im not really interested cuz this heatran is a legend with amazing ivs i think they are 23/21/27/31/26/31 something like that do u have anything else to offer
 
I do have a groudon and kyogre with pretty good ivs. I also have an ev trained lucario with near perfect ivs, but I'd rather not trade it as it could be a hack.
Those are the only things I can thing of at the top of my head.
I can also trade more than one poke if you would like.

I have an ev'd skarmory, iv bred diglett(without appropriate moves yet), ev'd jolteon, ev trained garchomp, ev'd tentacruel, ev'd scizor, ev'd shiny t-tar, ev'd electivire, ev'd luxray, and ev'd regirock. These are all the things that I don't think you have.
 
Timid lv 74 Jolteon ivs: 26 / 10 / 6 - 7 / 23 / 25 - 26 / 15 - 16. Has HP ice. Has a subpasser set.
 
hmm not very good but for the tm u want could u get me a male noctowl or a female zubat either will work
