no its spd ev is 157 not 209 and its attack is 209 not 259

painter calm down its only lvl 52 not 100 if you want i can EV it for you after reducing some of those unwanted EVs and start from scratch
 
i can ev it i just wanted to know its evs he gave me its stats its all good :)
 
ssorry as you can tell i'm a bit of a noob when it comes to ev's (how can you tell how many ev's a pokemon has?)
 
eh i figured it out it does have 252atk/252speed u can tell by using calculators and such do u know its nature
