3rd Gen Paintings in Pokemon Ruby.

    Ok now my problem is the 2nd floor of the art gallery in Lillycove. Where do you get the paintings and how? I've search for weeks now but can't find anything.
     
    You get the paitings by winning all five of the Master Rank contests. It's the same for Sapphire and Emerald.
