I see circle and line tool abuse. Your scratch sprites are pretty bad, try making the outline with the pencil tool rather than cheating and using the circle tool.

The revamp just looks like a recolor, and the fusions are... lacking in some way.

The recolors are probably the best since those can be hard to mess up :s

For the grass Espeon, way too much copy and pasting x_X

The espeon fusions need a little tweaking!!! The lightning and the leafs look like they were just pasted on....try to make them look like there actually connected!!!
