I have a lv 50 Jap Empoleon with PokeRus and it knows Hyrdro Cannon. Or is that not good enough?
Also a Milotic with a Master Ball. (You might not need it.)

if i understand this right, your giving out shinies as well? if so, can i get shiny camerupt, shiny ninetails, and shiny magcargo? ill trade (all jap and all legit) lvl 72 torterra lvl 15 rotom and lvl 74 blaziken


edit: im also gonna need another darkrai and arseus. i can trade a shiny crobat for both. if shiny crobat is only worth one of those (which is think it would be for both), then ill take darkrai
