    When he flew down on a parachute, naked and with a flag on his bum in the movie. That was funny!
     
    You wouldn't actually call Patrick dumb or smart. You'd say he's in the middle, he's average.I don't see how he passed college though.
     
    I also liked the part in the movie where he and SpongBob were in the glass bowl.

    SpongeBob: Where are we?... What is this?
    Patrick: (Leaning into the glass bowl) I think it's a wall of psychic energy...
