[Graphics] Pause menu graphics bug

Hello, i have this strange bug that i cant replicate.

It happened sometime between adding PSS, DNS and XY catch system. Thinking of starting on a clean rom but i was hoping i could do 1 of 2 things. Either fix the problem or disable the blue text at the bottom of the screen. This bug also happened in the "previously on your quest" but i disabled that for other reasons. This bug does not affect the text in the bag so i see no reason to not disable it. I have looked around but i cant find anything.

Anyone know how to disable the blue text at the bottom of the pause menu? Figured it would be a simple byte change. Thank you!

I can't see the image (you must have it private or something) but I know about that blue box error. I can't remember what offset the graphic is in, but since you just want to disable it, follow the last part of this post.
