PBR Arceus' Awakening (Game RP)

Sebastian closed the door of his hotel room and looked around. He grabbed his luggage by the handle and swung it onto the bed. The Grotle beside him grunted happily. Sebastian removed a pokeball from his belt and frowned. "Grotle, return. We need to enter the tournament while there are still slots left."

After the pokemon disappeared into the small orb, he turned around quickly and made his way out the door, nearly forgetting to lock it behind him. Once in the hallway, he began to run towards the elevator, knocking a few people over in the process. He pressed the button and waited eagerly for the elevator to arrive.

Daisuke continued to sleep and he closed his eyes... he then began to think to himself... he wasn't exactly asleep he was... more so... resting his eyes. Why don't I have the courage to stand up to anyone... it's like I'm nervous around everyone 24/7. And Bisharon, why does my friend act like that... Daisuke bent down, seeing that the time was 2:43 AM. He then reached in his bag and he found his pokedex. It was only updated to the V. 4 pokedex and he wasn't sure how to obtain the V. 5 model. He then looked into it to study his pokemon and he began looking at the different attacks for all of his pokemon and their stats and strength... He then quickly spotted something fly across the window to his left. It was a shadowy figure, and there was an eye, so it could've been a human or pokemon. But he was sure it had nothing to do with him.

"You're up late," the woman behind the desk said lightheartedly. Sebastian bit his lip. "Too late to enter the tournament tomorrow?" he asked, reaching into his pocket for his trainer card. The woman took his card and gave him a polite smile before writing his name down on a list. "... So... I'm entered?" "Yes, you are," the woman replied, handing him back his trainer card. Sebastian looked up at a clock on the wall behind the counter and saw just how late it was. "Thanks. I'll be going now." "Good luck." When he was out the door, Sebastian sighed. "It's a good thing there was someone on the night shift..." he muttered, making his way back to the hotel.

Daisuke then fell asleep in his room and he slept silently by himself. His staryu snuck closer to him and it relaxed by his stomach. Meanwhile downstairs a guy named Bisharon walked towards Sebastian. "I see we are opponents tomorrow... you look quite weak in my opinion..." He laughed to himself. "There is an arena at the top of this hotel... I guess I will make your pokemon target practice... of course it's up to you. If you don't want your pokemon to be my practice tools then that's fine... because I'll force you to anyways..." He was throwing words at Sebastian like knives....

Jakki was very excited. She grinned to herself as she returned to the hotel. Many of her crew members were hanging out in the lobby. "Listen up!" She said in her authoritative way. Many of the crew made their way over to where she was, while some just stayed where they were, still being in earshot. Tony took over speaking afterwards. "Captain Jacqueline will be participating in the eight bracket tournament tomorrow!"

Someone quickly cut in. "But what about us?" There was a bit of grumbling. "Well, it was almost full when I got there. Nothing I could do about it." Jakki responded back. "Besides, it would be unfair with all of us in on tournament, there'd be no room for anyone else." She grinned. "Besides, this place is huge. There are plenty of places for you to battle."

After hanging out with her crew for a while, she finally decided to go to bed. It was late and she wanted to be well rested for tomorrows tournament. "Hmm... Who should I use tomorrow?" She thought. "I don't want to show off the big guns just yet, but I still need tough ones to show who's the boss." She contemplated while lying in her bed, and eventually she drifted off into sleep.

Sebastian glared at Bisharon, his hands curled into fists. "That's it... Let's battle, right now... I'm far from weak..." He let out a loud laugh, causing a few people upstairs to shout in anger at him. "In fact, I'm gonna battle you under the table in tomorrow's tournament! Just you wait!" he bragged, without even knowing just how strong or weak this person could have been.

OOC: Why can't I click page 2??? O_O

Daisuke then noticed light hit his eyes... he then opened them to see that it was morning... The tournament was about to begin!! He quickly grabbed all of his things and ran through the door... He then opened the elevator and entered the lobby, wanting to make it on time... as he ran outside there was a large cheering... Daisuke's eyes were open wide and he walked through large crowds and he then ran to the main street colosseum... as he saw the colosseum before him he then noticed a large TV with the opponents faces in it... he saw Bisharon and a guy named Sebastian was up first... He's in the tournament?? he was shocked and he was now worried...

Jakki awoke feeling refreshed and pumped for the tournament. She had chosen good Pokémon, but had never used them in a team before, so she was kind of experimenting. Still, she had confidence in them, and herself. After checking the time, she quickly made her way to the Main Street Colosseum, where the tournament was about to start.

Upon arrival, she showed her trainer card to the receptionist, who lead her to a room. It had a large monitor that was for showing the current battle. There were a few other people in the room, and it appeared to be the area where participants stayed between matches. "Interesting." She said to herself. "They have this all organized and everything." She was tempted to talk to the others, but decided to let them come to her if they wanted conversation.

As she watched the monitor, her Manectric popped out of her Pokéball. "Mane!" She said energetically. The Manectric was eager to fight. Jakki grinned. "Not yet, Manectric. Our match is fourth, so we have to wait for everyone to finish battling first. Manectric looked a bit discouraged. "Don't worry, this is an opportunity to see the competition battle, so we'll know what we're up against in the next rounds." Manectric seemed to perk up. "Manectric!"
