Question: PC Layout

Just out of curiosity, why is the website not saving the theme I choose for PC? I keep changing it and hitting save, but it never stays the same when I log back on.

My advice would be to not hit the Log out button, and just close out of the window.

Do that, instead of actually logging out, and it does save it. At least that's what I've found.

It saves the cookies that way, or something.

That's what I do. I've never logged out of PC. It saves my login info and I'm already logged in everytime I come to the site, but the layout is always different.

-sigh- That was my only idea, so now it's up to someone else. xD;

go to "User Control Panel" and select"Edit Options" on the right side of the screen.

Then scroll down a little ways and edit the option "Forum Style" there will be a drop down list, select they "theme" that you want and then click "Save"

Now every time you log in, it will automatically change to the theme for you.

Note, it will only change the theme if you have to log in, so unless you log out, this won't work for you, however it does come in handy if you visit on a different computer than you normally use.

to fix that, go ahead and log out. clear your pokecommunity.com related cookies.. close all browsers, then go ahead and log back in, select your theme and it should save it this time.

I've never gotten it to save from using the style chooser at the bottom, so I always make sure I only choose my layout in my Control Panel.
