Hey, I hope it's the right forum for this <_< Didn't find sth by searching in the forum...

    Well, I have a problem...
A few months ago I downloaded "VisualBoyAdvance". Now I have problems with my notebook. It's making strange noises, seems to come from the ventilator (?) of my laptop. It started about 2 weeks after downloading the emulator.

Now I've heard (by a friend) that he had this problems also. On 3 different Pcs! Always it was making strange noises and broke in the end.

Now I need a new laptop, but I don't want to stop playing ROMs (of course :)). I don't want to break it again, so I just wanna know if someone has the same problems?

I have never had a problem with emulating whatsoever. I have downloaded a ton of ROMs on 3 different computers and never had a single problem. Then again, it might be a problem with laptops or the OS.
