4th Gen Pearl Playthrough (TRADE EVOLUTIONS???)

    Recently came across and purchased a used DS Lite. Broke out my wife's old DS games and decided to play through Pearl. Really enjoying it, but...

    How am I supposed to complete evolutions that need trades to work? My understanding is that the servers aren't supported anymore.

    Please don't tell me I can't complete these evolution chains...

    well, i heard somewhere in this subsection thatbtgeirbwere home brew f that there were home vrew servers.

    You could also buy an action replay forblike 20$ (circa 2008 :) )

    The only way would be with another 4th gen game, and another DS (can be the cheapest one, just not sure about 3Ds) and you can complete the dex easily :)
    Sorry that the Nintendo networks no longer work, as so many people would still use them. :/
     
    To reclairfy what I said earlier, the better way would be to get an action replay for a few bucks. Yes, I know that they can break easily, I went through 4 in my s
    day. I still have a working one however, and I always have all sorts of fun with it. From walking through walls, battling shiny, etc, it has been fun. To complete your issue would take like two minutes with one of these.

    The only reason I say its better is because buying a new DS and a game is a lot of money.
