    I use Roserade as my utility poke and she's got a moveset like this...

    Roserade w/Black Sludge
    'Natural Cure' : Removes Status Effect when leaving battle.
    <Timid : +Spd / -Att>
    * Leaf Storm / *Sludge Bomb
    * Leech Seed
    * Sleep Powder
    * Aromatherapy

    She isn't great offensively but she offers great support to the team. I like her in a complimentary mode.

    Swampert doesn't really need *Rock Slide because he has *Ice Beam to deal with (Flying) types. Normally i like *Stealth Rock / *Protect / *Roar in that last slot. I could also see going the *Curse route and using all Physical attacks like *Waterfall / *Avalanche.

    I don't really like the idea of Swampert + Empoleon on the same team since they usually do the same Bulky Waterish thing. If you do keep Swampert than have Roselia carry *Leaf Storm / *Energy Ball as you lose Empoleon's *Grass Knot.

    Gardevoir has *Hypnosis now which is 70 Accuracy > Sing which is 55 Accuracy. You could also consider *Wish for team recovery.

    Heracross needs this set...

    Heracross w/ChoiceScarf
    'Guts' : Raises Att x1.5 when inflicted with Status Effect.
    <Adament : +Att / -Sat>
    * Close Combat
    * Stone Edge
    * Megahorn
    * Pursuit

    (If it's InGame than use *Blade Test > *Pursuit because the bad AI never switches pokes. If you'd rather go with ChoiceBand than i'd make the nature <Jolly : +Spd / -Sat>. This thing is a world wrecker.)

    ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

    Dusknoir w/Leftovers
    'Pressure' : Opponent uses 2 PP instead of 1 PP.
    <Careful : +Sdf / -Sat>
    * Shadow Sneak
    * Focus Punch / Brick Break
    * Will-O-Wisp
    * Pain Split

    (This is the standard set. *Brick Break InGame because again the dumb AI refuses to switch.)

    But with his newfound strong Attack stat a lot of peeps have taken to carrying an Elemental Punch for a nice little surprise.

    Carrying *Thunder Punch > the (Fight) attack or *Will-O-Wisp could be a nasty surprise for Gyarados.

    Carrying *Ice Puch > the (Fight) attack or *Will-O-Wisp could be a nasty surprise for Salamence / Garchomp.

    Carrying *Fire Punch > the (Fight) attack or *Will-O-Wisp could be a nasty surprise for Heracross who likes to try and switch in on *Will-O-Wisp to get the extra STAB from 'Guts'.

    A *Fire Punch in the grill is such a wicked surprise for the reaper.

    I personally like carrying *Fire Punch. I especially like it on your team since you have no (Fire) attacks.

    If i were you i'd use this set...

    Dusknoir w/Leftovers
    'Pressure' : Opponent uses 2 PP instead of 1 PP.
    <Careful : +Sdf / -Sat>
    * Shadow Sneak
    * Fire Punch
    * Will-O-Wisp
    * Pain Split

    ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

    For the last slot i'd like a defensive poke who carries a (Flying) attack. I guess I'd choose between one of these two pokes...

    Skarmory w/Leftovers
    'Keen Eye' Immune to accuracy lowering.
    <Impish : +Def / -Sat>
    * Drill Peck
    * Spikes
    * Whirlwind
    * Roost

    <Typical Skarmory. Lay *Spikes and start using *Whirlwind to abuse the field effects and weaken their whole team. Especially nasty with Swampert if he carries *Stealth Rock for extra *Whirlwind damage and he can absorb those Skarmory weaknesses (Fire) / (Elecric).>

    ~~~~~~~OR~~~~~~~
    Gliscor w/Leftovers
    'Sand Veil' : Raises evasion in *Sandstorm.
    <Impish : +Def /-Sat>
    * Earthquake
    * Aerial Ace
    * Ice Fang / * Knock Off / * Sword Dance
    * Roost / * Baton Pass
    I personally think you should go with Skarmory.
    Good Luck.
    Dusknoir w/Leftovers
    'Pressure' : Opponent uses 2 PP instead of 1 PP.
    <Careful : +Sdf / -Sat>
    * Shadow Sneak
    * Fire Punch
    * Will-O-Wisp
    * Pain Split
    ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
    Skarmory w/Leftovers
    'Keen Eye' Immune to accuracy lowering.
    <Impish : +Def / -Sat>
    * Drill Peck
    * Spikes
    * Whirlwind
    * Roost
    i suggest that on Dusknoir, you utilize his attack stat more than his type. i personally prefer Thunder Punch/Brick Break/Pain Split/Will-O-Wisp.
    also, Drill Peck and Whirlwind on Skarmory is illegal... meaning to say not possible. you can't breed for both, which is why Brave Bird is the new preference on Skarmory. (you can breed for both Brave Bird and Whirlwind with the Starly line)
    Wrongo.
    That's how it was in 3rd Gen but Spearow now has *Whirlwind as an egg move meaning...
    Male Pidgey w/*Whirlwind <-> Female Spearow = Male Spearow w/*Whirlwind
    Level Up ~ Male Spearow w/*Whirlwind until Lv.37 and he learns *Drill Peck.
    Male Spearow w/*Whirlwind + *Drill Peck <-> Female Skarmory = Skarmory w/*Whirlwind + *Drill Peck
    ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
    Now whether or not you want Recoil Damage is up to you but it is perfectly legal and legit to have *Whirlwind + *Drill Peck.
    I prefer *Drill Peck because i don't think Walls should be purposely damaging themselves.
    oh my mistake. and the comment on walls damaging themselves -- roost.
    Mine has *Roost as well - he just won't have to use it as much. ;)
    I'd just rather have him using *Spikes / *Whirlwind.
    I'm not saying you are wrong to use *Brave Bird - I just don't like intentionally hitting my wall with damage.
    He has to eat enough hits to get off *Whirlwind.
    thanks for the help. but..
    what if i changed my team?
    lucario
    Blastoise
    Charizard
    Snorlax
    Heracross
    Roserade
    all with their respective movesets.
