4th Gen Perfect Collection!

    In April 2006 I bought Sapphire, and my collection began from that day. Over the last year, I played every GBA game, slowly collecting each and every Pokemon, and it all leads up to this day! Using completely legit methods, I have not just a full PokeDEX, but a full collection! (Of course, the event legendaries - minus Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus - I had to trade off of people who hacked them, but what can ya do?) As proof I offer these... er, blurry photos I just took. Apologies, my cam sucks at close range, even in proper focus.

    So, has anyone else accomplished this feat, WITHOUT using encounter hacks or Pokedex-filling codes?
     
    *applauds* Wow, this is incredible. The only game I ever completely was Pokemon Red (mew included).
     
    Well I'm only missing in my Pokemon Pearl games are Wigglytuff (in Emerald) Shellder (breed), Cloyster (in Emerald), Kangaskhan (in Emerald), Omanyte (breed), Omastar (in Emerald) Kabutops (in emerald), Mewtwo (in Emerald), Kingdra (in Emerald), Suicune, Electrive, Magmator, Porygon Z, Hou-ou, Celebi, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shymin and Arceus

    Most of my Pokemon are in Emerald

    Congratulations, Must of been hard, have you gone to speak to that guy who says he'll give you something if you get all pokemon, I kinda want to know what he says, he's in that hotel/town area that's near a lake and near the last city (8th gym badge)

    And lol, I can't believe you would get 001 and 002 and 003... too much effort for me :p
     
    He gives you... a certificate with Dialga and Palkia on it. Kinda disappointing.

    ...Here's what I can say:

    -I have completed the Pokedex on EVERY SINGLE GAME as legitimately as possible, only using codes to get the Event Legendaries (and even then, going as legitimate as possible, i.e., using codes to get the items to encounter them, not the Pokemon themselves...just like you did).
    -I collected all 386 Pokemon from the GBA games and spread them between the five.
    -I have collected all the Sinnoh Pokemon through legitimate means.
    -I have transferred over to my Diamond all the Pokemon necessary to fill the Pokedex.

    So, in a whim, I could complete the Pokedex in my Diamond, through either Pal Park or just raising/breeding. The only reason I haven't is because I simply haven't bothered to. I give you points for actually having them all, though. That isn't something I plan on doing anytime soon.
     
    Yeah, I completed the Emerald Dex as well, then just Pal Parked the entire collection over, day by day, parking the highest evolution of each line, then breeding for the lower forms. Ugh, so much riding up and down 209-210 with Magcargo in my party...
     
    lol must have been boring then, Also that certificate is kinda disappointing, damn he should have given an awesome pokemon like mew, and said something like "What is that pink thing in the window, Oh no! it's a pokemon...Run for your life!!!" and mew's all angry and snarling ready to eat someone, but because you have a party of lvl 100's it just dies.

    Congratulations :P I have nowhere near that much time dedication. I have both, but not that much. xD
     
    Ugh, imagine how much of a pain it's going to be to transfer this collection to the next set of games!! >.<
     
    Wow. That is truly amazing. I applaud you. I have actually done this in my Fire Red. I had 384 Pokemon (no Mew or Celebi) all legit. But your collection is even more amazing. I only had the evolved forms in my boxes and had the data in my Pokedex. Once again, congratulations on you amazing feat. I hope that I can do what you have done one day.
     
    Congradulations man! I wish your pictures were a little less blurry, I'm enjoying looking through them all anyway lol. I hope I'll be able to accomplish this is Diamond..
     
    wow that's a lot of moneys.

    but it's impressive. now you can be as sauve as you'd like with your Pokemon Master status. that car you'd never be able to afford... all yours now.

    And to the many many n00bs who attach the title "Pokemon Master" to themselves falsely, I point nonchalantly in your direction and snicker to myself. :P

    What a bummer, it's kind of like when you complete the Pokedex in R/S. You get a certificate with I think it's Rayquaza? Well it's a rip, but that feeling is pretty good.

    Yeah, seriously, you'd think they'd be able to come up with something better than a certificate, since that's been in place all the way since Red and Blue. I guess they idn't expect too many people to actually legally collect every Pokemon, and they'd want to spoof hackers by handing them a fake certificate.
