Perfect IV

Just get parents with 31 IVs. Breeding takes 1 random IV from the father, and a random IV from the father. If you're lucky enough it'll grab both 31 IVs. The rest are completely random though.
 
You put father twice. But I get what you're saying. The Chu I got in breeding has perfect speed IV's.
 
Speed is the only thing you need to be absolutely perfect, since it's not used in multiplication like other stats (lol Gyro Ball) but instead it's simply 'which is the greater number'. Generally, the lower the stat (Hp/SDef/Def), the more important the IV is. Perfect Attk on Rhyperior isn't that much better than 26 IV, but perfect SDef can make all the difference.

ive been breeding slowpoke's like crazy and is it important to check metal kids' calc everytime an egg hatches? wat im doing is checking his calc everytime i get the preffered nature (bold)but that hasnt been working considering the parents have crap iv's

No you need to put the baby Slowpokes in the daycare and level them up to at least 20 (whilst walking around)and then check the IVS otherwise they wont be accurate. You breed until you get a male with good IVS and a female with good Ivs and then you breed those two until the parents pass on the IVS you need.
