    Other Information: is it possible to get poses? like can i get pidgeot in the background with its wings wide open in mid-air. scizor on the trainers right hand side and arcanine sorta in a crouched position. then nidoking/rhydon/lapras around the trainer.

    Hard, but I can do it. Here it is:

    Unfortunately, I couldn't make Arcanine crouch down, sorry. And you didn't specify the background, which is why it's colored with white. If you want me to change the background, don't be afraid to ask! If you also want them to be scattered all around, just say so. Sorry if it didn't turn out the way you hoped, but you can always ask again!

    and scizor this one...

    as for the background is it possible you make it as a thunderstorm...
    dark blue... raining... and a offset thunder strike in the background (behind rhydon mabey?)
