    They are either paying for an advertisement from the mother site and their ad is spread through out. I don't know if its because of the cost of their ad, contract with the ad, or just an issue with the mother site. It changes for me every so often.
     
    Yup, it is indeed a paid for sponsor ad.

    You'll all have your changing ads again when their time runs out.
     
    A site that sells and buys Pokémon. Lol. I'll give it a few months before it closes down.
