Hmm, since Cynthia was already used(and you do remind me of Cynthia), I'll have to say Glacia, from the Elite Four.

Man, two of my favorite gym leaders in a row! And both in the arc I just finished last night. (R/S, which is an amazing arc!)

Edit: Who Marge is based off of in the manga, and I think she's a really great character.

P.S. Whitney...she's okay, but I like her better in the anime than in the Pokespec manga. There, she seems a bit bratty. Oh, well, three gym leaders in a row!
