Hi guys sorry for the n00b question but I tried searching on Google as well as this forum and I haven't found any answers yet.
I want to add an additional 250 slots for custom attacks in my rom.
I see there are two checkboxes in the Attack Adder. I don't know what they mean so naturally I tried each combination.
Unfortunately they all cause the same error: in game, everyone's attacks will only deal 1 point of damage, no matter what. Kinda of hilarious seeing Legendaries throw out their strongest move only to chip away 1 HP on your Level 2 Caterpie, but yeah.
Am I a dumb-dumb? Anyone know what I'm missing?
---EDIT---
Found a solution for anyone else struggling with the same problem:
HexManiacAdvance is a very user-friendly program that can easily expand the number of attacks and even edit new ones. The only problem is that after you expand the attacks in HexManiacAdvance, all attacks will appear as gibberish if you try and view them in PGE. So if you prefer working in PGE, perhaps save working in HexManiacAdvance for last.
