[Tool] PGE: How to enable evolution by move?

Hello everyone, I need to know how to enable this option, if there is anything in PGE itself ... I want to make pokémons evolve if they learn certain moves or mega evolutions. I need a clear and definitive answer.

Unless you've implemented evolve with a certain move or Mega Evolution routines, then no. Those evolution methods are not in the ROM by default and would need to be added. PGE does not add those methods to your ROM. You can use Dizzy's Hacked Engine for Emerald if you want these features. I am unaware of a similar Firered base, but I'm sure there is one around.
