[Other] PGE NON-NEGATIVE NUMBER REQUIRED ERROR

I expanded my pokedex to 940 pokemon and changed the .ini file so that my rom can be edited in PGE but when I try to edit the new pokemons It shows the Error "Non-negative number required. Parameter name: value" and if I click on details it shows "See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.
