In replace of the power, I made two differnt attacks, one for each thingie! Yawn is an already made attack that has that effect, so I used it!

As long as golden Ho-Oh is in play, any damage made by the opponent is reduced by 30.

Attacks:

Golden Flames.
Damage: 40 Damage
Energies needed: 2 Fire.
Info:
Flip three coins. If three are heads, your opponets both active pokemons are now paralyzed. If two of them are heads, both of your opponets pokemon are now asleep. If one is head, both opponets pokemon are noe burned.

Wildfire
Damage:60
Energies needed: 4 Fire energy.
This attack does 60 damage plus 2 more damge for each fire pokemon in play (both yours and your opponents)

Golden Wing.
Damage: 80
Energies needed: 5 fire energy and one colorless.
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 80 damage to both of your opponetns defending pokemon. If it tails, this attack does 80 damage to your other active pokemon.


Weakness: Water.
Resistance: Ground.
Retreat cost: 3x colorless.


Um, about the pic, I don?t exactly have a good one.. Um, could you recolor a Ho-Oh pic into a golden one?

He Has A Gulpin Army! - 0 damage - 2x colorless energy
Search your deck for a card with Gulpin in its name.

Ultimate Poison Attack - 60+ damage - 4x poison energy
Flip 3 coins. If all are heads, this attack does 60 damage plus additional 40 damage. If all are tails, Eiger the Gulpin does 20 damage itself.

Weakness: Light, Resistance: Dark, Poison, Retreat Cost: Three Energies

Oh, and one thing: do NOT cut or change the HP or damage*. And Resistance & Weakness too. And may you fix the wording if it's broken?

* - My Gulpin is the strongest Pokemon in my Ruby, so its stats must be like that in this card.
 
Well yeah, theyre small, but you can always make them bigger. Just make them as big as you need to. ^_^
 
Martyn: My order of placement is diferent:
1st: Pok?mon type Energy;
2st: Basic Energies;
3st: Colorless;
4st: Specials*.
* the first point isn't done if the Pok?mon is Dark or Metal type, except if, apart of the Special(s) Energy cost, the attack only requests colorless energies.

Eig: I'll modify some of your attack's names, but not the whole attack, okay?!
