Can I have a card of Jirachi, but an EX and a Shiny please, and make it a Steel/Psychic (In that order) type please, and here's the rest!

HP: 100

Weakness: Fire and if possible, ground, because those are the only types that are actually super effective against it!
But if I missed one, you can add it, and you can change the order of the weaknesses to what order you think is best!

Resistance: Psychic and Poison! But you can put it an any order you think would make more sence!

I'm waiting for someoene to make me a Shiny Jirachi pic, so you can put a nice background on the pic of the card for now, and I'll put the pokemon on the card myself when it's done!

Name: Jirachi ex *star* or whatever order you think is best!

Attacks:

Poke Power: Serene Grace, when Jirachi uses an attack that has does additional damage or causes a Special Condition that requires a coin flip, the coin flip won't come into play. This power can't be used if Jirachi is affected by a Special Condition.

(S) (S) (S) (S) Doom Desire 100

Flip a coin. if heads, the damage is dealt at the end of your opponent's next turn, if tails, the attack does nothing.

(P) (P) (P) (P) Psychic 50+

Flip a coin. if heads, this attack does 50 damage plus 10 more damage.

(P) (P) Cosmic Power

Reduce the amount of damage done to Jirachi by 10 until the end of your opponent's next turn.

(C) (C) Wish

Flip a coin. if heads, after the end of your opponent's next turn, remove the amount of damage counters equal to half of Jirachi's HP, rounded up to the nearest 10. this effect can also be used on a benched pokemon of your choice instead.

Retreat cost: none

Can you put the best promo label where it goes please as well as the WINNER label, the 1st edition label and what other labels you think would look cool on the card!

The card is probably overpowered or a cheatful card, but I hope that's not a problem, thanks in advance!

I hope this card is less cheatful and/or over powered, if I need to make additional changes, let me know which ones please!

I appreciate the fact that you have such a complete spoiler but there are a few things to point...

1st - You must have a pic! Because I won't search for a pic that fits your card!
2nd - There are no Steel/Psychic blanks! You should have checked PPN before!
3rd - The attacks are way, way, way overpowered!
4th - There aren't ex/Shining Pokémon cards! Because there are no blanks!
5th - There can't be as labels on a single card!
6th - The attack effects are not correctly worded! And with that kind of attacks, I can't just substitute a few words!

Not just that! You can't use fake cards without the faker's allowance!

You can't:
- Make spoilers out of them;
- Use them for championships, or any other official OPP gaming platforms!
- Play with them;
- Use them for any game, or affins (sp?)!

And "lolz fakecards? so you can use em to batte or what?" is brat's language!

I know, the way I thought was, first I know where to find a Steel/Psychic card, second, just put both the EX and Shiny label next to each other, third, I'm sure you can put the best promo label on the bottom right corner of the card, and the 1st edition one maybe next to the HP or on the bottom left corner of the card, as I said before, someone is making me a Jirachi pic, I know how to put the pokemon on the card, I have the program to do that, like you did before I think, just put the dual type card on a EX card outline!

But what did you mean by that you're appretiative that I have a complete spoiler?

If I missed something, let me know, I'll get the dual card and post it here when I find it!
