I still need a pic and, in case you didn't read completely the first post, I don't make multiple effect cards so, you have to decide if you want a Steel/Psychic, an ex or a Shining Jirachi! Not all in the same card!

Also, the concept of Best Promo was created by Nintendo to Revamp good ol' cards that were very good in Modified game play, so I won't use it!

Is it a possibility for Jirachi to have a Poke Body that make's it a Steel/Psychic type and it being a EX pokemon?

But it still has all the other attacks, or should I take away some of them?
 
Yes, it is called Dual type!

But a card can only have one Pokémon at a time! Want me to erase the Serene Grace Poké-Body?

I'm guessing your goal is to make only completely fair cards right?

So the card can't have both a Poke Power and a Poke body at the same time?

As for the pic, are you good at making CGI images, if so, see the Jirachi sprite in my thread, could you make it 3D like the title says, if not, do you have a good Shiny Jirachi pic on you, because you found pics for other people!

Edit: Thing is, I'm waiting for ポケSTAR-girl to make the pic, you should see her thread, the Shiny Pokemon are amazing, perfect for cards, but obviously, add a nice background!

So the illustrator(sp?) should be her!
