I also noticed something!! There are, as you know, some words in effect that must always be capitalized and I think "Knocked Out" is one of them! In the attack effect there is Knocked Out, but not capitalized!!!

- Your name is a pixel or so too far left... heehee, it's a while since i've done this... sorry. Apart from that, I can't fault your placement.
- Active should be capitalized, as should Knocked Out.
- Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't it say Energy card EVERY time, not just after the last one? Also, I think there should be a comma; "a [D] Energy card, and...."

The attack is fine, not over or underpowered. Not much different from the Neo Genesis Lugia's except it's for a different kind of Energy.
