How do i make the egg hatch? Like all eggs? or is there anything special?

The egg just hatches normally, by the set amount of steps you take.
I know that when you breed Pokemon with Ditto, the resulting egg takes longer to hatch.

wrong... the resulting eggs from a ditto + parent do not take longer to hatch... they may take longer to be recieved but they take the same number of steps to hatch

You have to breed a Manaphy and a Ditto at the Daycare, and the resulting egg will hatch into a Phione, which is pretty much just a weaker Manaphy.

If you have a pokemon that has Magma Armor or Flame Body in your party, it will result into having the egg hatch faster with each step.

As he said, it's like a normal egg, just with a lot of steps to take. Breeding with a Ditto or not doesn't affect the steps you need, by the way. Also, as ShurikenZ said, having a Magby/Magmar/Magmortar or Slugma/Magcargo (they have Flame Body or Magma Armor) makes your egg hatch in half the normal time.
