Win. Really, ghosts are so common to switch into it, but it's SO easy to beat those counters...and gengar is by far the most common.

that's why everybody uses falme orb...really, I'd like a 100% foolproof answer, since different sources say different things. doesn't matter, heracross still creams Noir.

No, Claydol is needed for Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock, KEEP IT
 
DDnite and claydol can coexist, but hurts you in the sense that ice beam > you. Both are great pokemon, but I'd agree with Name on this one.
