Donphan.

Torterra's weaknesses are pretty ugly. A 4x weakness to Ice when nearly every team has some sort of Ice Beam or Avalance to get rid of Dragons.

You're not using Double-Edge or something, so Rock Head is even more useless.

I'm kind of leaning towards Donphan, because yesterday I captured a shiny Phanpy with Impish nature. And for those reasons alone I'd like one in my team.

Any suggestions on EV spread?
