Raichu and Pikachu are both awesome, it's just Pichu that I don't really like. Probably Raichu for me though seeing as whenever I think of Pikachu I always think of animé versions of it and that annoying voice. Whenever it's not in the animé I think Pikachu is cute and awesome.
 
Pichu is uber cute! I mean, I always go kawaii when I see it. Raichu is badass, it's just cool. You can tell it's mischievous, sly and will prank you at any opportunity. Pikachu is a mixture of both, so it wins. :3
 
It's a tie between Raichu and Pikachu for me. xD
Raichu because he's a great fighter and looks really cool, and pikachu because he's yellow and adorable. o uo <3
I've never really liked pichu much, not sure why though. D:
